Yay.
I'm out of school for the summer, but I still get surprised by projects.
I've been working on a surprise CD cover request, and I had to dump all my other projects to work on this. I'll be on today between working on it.
At least it got me a Wacom tablet ($165!!) and possibly some more money on top of it. 
Anyway, already accepted a new character, and will be going through my PM box to find more. Also will be taking notes on all the additions and corrections to the site that I'll be eventually working on. If anyone has any suggestions, PM me about it...don't post it anywhere.

Accepting char #2, and revising the Introduction yet again.
Working on the site again today inbetween sessions of getting this damn cd cover finished.
Also. I'm in love with this wacom tablet.

Two more new players, as well as characters waiting for acceptance.
Will try to be on alot today-- accepting characters, revising writing on the site, and mulling over some new additions.

There is a NEW MOD on the site!!
In light of all the craziness that comes up in the lives of me, Goldeneyes, and Mustang...and the fact that Mustang is presently absent...I decided that is was a good idea to employ another mod.
While talking to a good friend of mine, I realized that she had tons of good ideas, and I found myself wishing that she could write these down on the super-secret mod boards and help out. I then remembered that hey, I can make stuff like that happen!
So, please offer a warm welcome to Starling, mod number four!

The Playground is now open!! PM Hawke for the password.
I've now officially returned from my mini-vacation, and the first item on my list is character accepting.
Things are still going slowly because of my computer's crippling burnt processor. >.<

Ok! This is important!
Starting today, there will be an entire week where EVERY SINGLE MOD will be on vacation somewhere. Great planning there, eh?
Goldeneyes has been in Aus for some time, Starling left yesterday for a 5-day trip around the land to visit friends, Mustang is leaving today, and so am I. I'm going on a week-long camping trip through Pennsylvania, stopping by NEW YORK CITY to meet a penpal at the Bronx zoo for the day.
Totally excited.
So yeah, taking care of that damn baby bunny, working out new freakin' complications for that damn CD cover, and planning for this damn...no, I take that back...this surprise-but-very-cool vacation has kept me too busy too even think about getting on the computer for more than a couple minutes.
I'll see what I can do about starting the thread that I promised some of the new players. I don't know if I'll be able to, because this is all between bouts of packing, but I'll try.
See y'all in a week, and don't go anywhere!!! Go play in the Playground or somethin' until I get back.

Ok....struggling to get back on track here.
I am in the process of updating my To Do List, which is posted in the hidden moderator-only board.
What I need from all of *you* is to try and let me know of anything that you are waiting for from me. Character acceptance, answered questions, etc.
I have most of the information that I'll need to try and catch up, but receiving response from all of you will make sure that I have your matters posted on my list, and it will assure that your issues are taken care of before those players who are not around anymore.
Basically, I'll get a sense of what I need to first, etc.
So yeah...get in touch with me.

Hey guys. Bet you've been wondering what happened to us.
I don't know how many of you are still hanging around, waiting for the site to get up and running, but for those of you who are here, I have good news and bad news.
The good news is that we haven't forgotten you.
The bad news is that the site isn't going to be up for quite some time. Unfortunately, school and the site are too much to handle at once for us mods. So here's the deal:
We're going to be revamping the site at some point (hopefully over Christmas Break) to see if we can deal with some of the kinks in the system. We really want to see everything up and running again as much as you do. Until we get these things fixed, our presence on the boards is probably going to be incredibly scarce. Spammers will continue to try and take over and - we're so sorry - character apps will remained unaccepted. We know you've been patiently waiting for ages and getting nowhere. Unfortunately, it's going to have to be a bit longer.
Our compromise is this: If you want to know when we do get things back together, send Hawke and myself a PM. This way we know to email you and let you know when we're back up and running. We understand how frustrating this is. We didn't want this to happen, either. So thanks for sticking with us this long and hopefully we'll see you again, later, when life and storytelling are once more compatible.
